Registration Information

Delegate Registration

All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Meeting. Registered delegates will receive the following:

Delegate bag including the programme and other associated materials
Name badge permitting access to all sessions
Lunch and refreshment breaks on the days attended
Complimentary admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 3rd June
Option to purchase a ticket for the Gala Dinner on Friday 5th June

Accompanying Guests

All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the drinks reception. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:

Name badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Meeting sessions
Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 3rd June
Option to purchase a ticket for the Gala Dinner on Friday 5th June

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times (exact timings to be confirmed):

Wednesday 3rd June	0800 hours - 1900 hours
Thursday 4th June	0800 hours - 1900 hours
Friday 5th June	0800 hours - 1800 hours
Saturday 6th June	0800 hours - 1600 hours
