All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Meeting Secretariat.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 27th March 2015 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Cancellations received after 27th March 2015 - full payment is due and no refunds will be issued. Name changes are permitted.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
We may pass your contact details on to the organisers of the next ISBNPA Meeting, or to organisers of related meeting. We will not pass your details on to any unsolicited companies or persons.
