Cancellation of Accommodation

Cancellations received on or before 27th March 2015 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 27th March 2015 or non-arrival - hotels will deduct from the credit card provided an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked.  A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
